**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- Field all questions and concerns regarding deposits, withdrawals, and money movement inquiries. Effectively perform analysis on key problem areas or trends and escalate to Director as required
- Process transactions, perform audit/reconciliation activities and/or other activities in accordance with established priorities, and deadlines on a timely, accurate, and efficient basis
- Resolve discrepancies/exceptions that frequently deal with non-routine situations, requiring further analysis
- Act as the main point of contact for advisors regarding trade settlement and money transfer related inquiries
- Deliver on operational OKRs and continuously monitor its’ performance, deliver and own outcomes that affect our operational OKRs
- Adhere and execute to best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Take a proactive approach to client solutions, collaborating effectively with partners and colleagues to assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions

**Qualifications**:
**What you will bring**
- 2-4 years of proven professional experience in the client servicing or operations** **role
- Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Someone who is able to communicate complex ideas in a simple and easy-to-understand way
- You thrive & excel in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- You must be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, environment providing fast, friendly, and accurate service

**Nice to have**
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
- Experience in the wealth management or financial services industry
- Good understanding of back office, middle office wealth management operations
