Our Account Managers set the standard. They are the first point of contact with our customers and are the driver of our vision. As a member of the Hallink team you ensure our customers receive the highest quality tooling and equipment in the shortest time possible. You will work independently within the team building trust and confidence with our customers. You will report directly to the General Manager, and be supported by engineering, production, and operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Grow and develop new opportunities within existing client base.
- Collaborate on marketing, attend promotional events and Trade shows.
- Follow-up with clients, visit client sites to ensure product satisfaction.
- Quote projects accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and grow your prospect funnel
- Project Management, effectively communicate with all teams to meet and exceed our client’s objectives.
- Acquire data to assist with tooling designs; sample preforms, detailed drawings, sample bottles, part drawings, approvals etc. as required.
- Proactively manage all client expectations regarding delivery and tooling quality.
- Consult with GM/Lead Hand for project completion and finalize delivery details with clients.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Manufacturing or engineering experience in Blow Mould Tooling for SBM and ISBM
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market insights.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to travel to USA, South America and Europe

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
