Endries International, Inc. is a leading distributor of fasteners and provider of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) worldwide and we are seeking an **Account Manager** to join our team in **Cambridge, ON**.
Do you enjoy some hands-on work as well as computer work? If you answered yes to this question, come join our team as an **Account Manager** and play a key role in our success to deliver superior service to our customer accounts This position is based in **Cambridge/Guelph, ON** **and will spend approximately 70% of the time doing office work and 30% hands-on work at our customer location.
In this role you will spend some of your week on-site, front-facing, at our client location and will handle replenishment and audit of inventory. While you’re not on-site building a strong customer relationship in-person, you’ll do this by responding to customer needs such as quoting and sourcing parts, expediting orders as necessary, tracking parts, providing technical part information, running business reports, being pro-active in meeting customer needs and assisting in the growth of the business.
- Excellent customer service skills - including strong written and verbal communication
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- The ability to repetitively lift up to 40#
- Possess good analytic and organizational abilities
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Outlook and Excel
- Mechanical aptitude and/or a technical degree is a plus

**Compensation**: We offer a competitive starting wage, based on experience. We reimburse for mileage and steel toe shoes (up to $100 per year) and provide an annual clothing allowance.
