Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Manage the recruitment and hiring process.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for human resources.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement employee training programs.
- Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare termination paperwork.
- Coordinate with payroll team for payroll processing
- Managing scheduling of staff for all locations

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
