As a Line Cook at Tipsy Moose Pub, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to menu specifications.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assisting in menu planning and contributing to the development of new dishes.
- Adapting to high-pressure situations and maintaining quality and consistency during busy service periods.
- Following recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Ensuring all dishes are prepared accurately and presented attractively.
**Line Cook Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or pub setting is preferred.
- A passion for culinary arts and a dedication to delivering high-quality food.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and food presentation.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
