**Position Overview**

We are seeking experienced and motivated Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen teams. Whether you thrive on the fast pace of the line or take pride in meticulous prep work, this is an opportunity to grow within a respected and expanding restaurant group that values skill, dedication, and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to Century Hospitality Group’s exacting standards.
- Execute recipes with precision, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with fellow team members and kitchen leadership.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure mínimal waste.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (casual or upscale dining preferred).
- A strong work ethic and passion for cooking.
- Ability to handle high-pressure service while maintaining focus.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
