**The Role: What You’ll Be Doing**

This is a hands-on, outdoor gig for someone who likes staying active, solving problems, and seeing instant results. You’ll be the one transforming tired rooftops back to life — kind of like a roof whisperer

**You’ll**:

- Drive around the Greater Vancouver Area Inspect roofs to assess wear and tear
- Climb ladders and work safely at heights (gear provided)
- Do small but mighty repairs like: Sealing cracked shingles, Fixing nail pop-ups, Replacing vents & boots, Clean off moss and debris like a roof ninja
- Clear out gutters so rainwater behaves
- Spray that sweet RoofRestor treatment using pro tools (we’ll show you how)
- Snap some before-and-after pics
- Chat with homeowners and explain what’s up in a friendly, pro way
- Keep your worksite clean and safe — we leave places better than we found them

**What You Bring to the Table**
- You’re cool with heights and comfortable on ladders/roofs
- You’ve got a valid driver’s license + reliable wheels
- You pay attention to the little things and like doing the job right
- You’re polite, reliable, and work well solo or in a crew
- Roofing/construction experience? Awesome. If not, we’ll train you

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday (with the odd weekend when it gets busy)
- Flexible start times depending on weather & season
- Part-time roles available if you're looking for something more casual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
