We are a non-surgical laser & skin care clinic in the heart of Downtown Vancouver and specialize in treatments including Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Laser for Veins, Clear & Brilliant, and Microneedling.

We are looking for someone who is a hard-working, self-driven, reliable, and passionate Laser Technician for a new brand of Our prestigious clinics in Vancouver.

Qualification and required experience:

· Certified medical aesthetician and/or laser technician with a minimum 1 or 2 years experience.

· Knowledge of skin and skincare.

· Experienced and confident to perform treatments such as laser hair removal, tattoo removal, Microneedling, skin tightening with RF, ClearLift, IPL, laser rejuvenation, Chemical Peel, OxyGeneo, and facial.

· outstanding communication and client rapport.

· Exceptional customer service skills and a warm demeanor.

· Fluent in English.

· Available to work varied hours and days.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellente sale technique.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

· Skincare and laser consultations.

· Confidently perform all laser treatments.

· Greet clients as they enter and direct them to the appropriate member of staff.

· Be the first point of contact to all customers on the phone and in person.

· Educate your clients on appropriate treatment & skin care products that best suit their needs.

· Help in reception daily tasks such as booking clients and recording service history.

· Follow up via phone, text, and email clients to ensure continued satisfaction and return for treatments.

· Obtain and document baseline and follow-up photos, client information, skincare history, and treatment details in the client file.

· Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls, and provide basic information where possible.

· Sanitize all equipment and devices after each use, maintain the cleanliness of the clinic, and tidy rooms after treatments.

· Assist with various marketing activities such as curating engaging content for the clinic's social media sites in adherence to brand guidelines and objectives; developing and delivering creative marketing, communications, and promotional material for print and digital media projects; coordinating and planning events.
