We are currently hiring a Medical Aesthetician/ Laser Technician on a full time or part time basis, we are open Monday - Saturday and specifically require someone available on Mondays.

**The Role**:
To provide honest advice regarding patient’s skin concerns and recommending the right treatment and to provide exceptional customer service.

All MRC Medical Aestheticians/ Laser Technicians are required to successfully perform the following treatments and supplementary charting for:

- Hydrafacial
- Chemical Peels
- Microdermabrasion
- Clear & Brilliant
- Laser Hair Removal
- BBL
- Laser Genesis
- Microneedling with HA & PRP
- Vascular Treatments
- Enlighten Laser
- Coolsculpting
- Votiva Vaginal Rejuvenation
- Secret RF
- TruFlex
- Any future treatments added to the services
- Training/education will be provided on all unfamiliar devices

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Introducing and educating patients on all services and Di Morelli products
- Providing consultations for patients
- Upselling and creating long term relationships
- Taking before and after photos of patients
- Keeping up to date with machines and techniques
- Retention/follow up calls
- Lost patients and new patients
- Going to workshops and seminars when necessary
- Make sure patients are booked in for follow ups and future appointments
- Booking follow up appointments when needed
- Building relationships with patients
- Answering inquiries and questions
- Making sure the patient is happy and content before they leave the office
- Able to educate patients on treatments we offer
- Offering beverages to patients while they are waiting (if reception has not offered already)
- An expertise understanding of the medical aesthetic industry and current trends
- Following clinic protocols. Sanitizing equipment after every patient.
- Hitting sales targets

Admin (**when needed**)
- Getting patient information
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Processing payments
- Perform other duties such as filing, making charts, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Schedule appointments

Documentation
- Documenting the appropriate/ necessary and important information regarding the patient. Precise documentation is extremely important
- Confirming that all consent forms are signed before treatment is performed
- Maintaining confidentiality

Other duties and responsibilities may be added or changed by management at a later date.
