**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a Certified Medical Aesthetician to join our team part time.

**The Role**:
This role will be responsible for providing high level customer service to all visitors and deliver quality individualized treatments to clients.

**Who you are**:
You are a Certified Medical Aesthetician and or/Laser technician with at least two years of experience.

You are energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.

You are good in computer skills especially office programs and can perform reception duties.

You are interested in learning new Medical Aesthetic Skills.

You are comfortable with sales of products and services.

We are looking for laser technicians with a minimum of 2 years of laser experience and official Laser certification in IPL Photo-facial, Laser skin rejuvenation, Laser hair removal, Chemical Peel, Microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, and assisting a physician/Laser Practitioner. Alternatively, quality theory and hands-on training at a discounted price will be available for applicants who meet other required criteria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Confidently deliver quality cosmetic laser treatments
- Being organized and follow the standard treatment guidelines in practice
- Keep the records of treatment including photos, client files, consent forms confidential
- Educate your guests on appropriate skin care products that best suit their needs
- Provide high level customer service and being caring towards clients
- Taking the initiative to ensure the clinic is always looking its best
- Be the first point of contact to all customers on the phone and in person
- Taking care and/or managing Reception works
- Handling online inquiries.
- Participates in a positive teamwork towards quality service
- Participate in trainings and clinic events.

**Must Haves**:

- Medical Aesthetics Certificate is required
- Laser Technician Certification is required - Alternatively, quality theory & hands-on trainings with discounted price would be available for applicants who meet other required criteria.
- Experienced in IPL Photo-facial, Laser skin rejuvenation, Laser hair removal, Chemical Peel, Microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, and assisting a physician/Laser Practitioner.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about what you do
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office
- Strong commitment to excellence and attention to details
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Minimum of 2 years laser experience
