**Who we are looking for?**

We are seeking for a seasoned Executive Assistant who is dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and organized.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for a variety of duties that support the increased productivity of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the purpose of improving patient outcomes and saving lives globally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executive Time Management_
- Supports increased productivity of the CEO, ensuring the best use of time through calendar management, prepping meeting rooms, providing materials in advance. Responsible for corporate meeting governance process.
- Supports VP of Finance & Admin as required, coordinates and organizes aspects of the Board of Directors events and meetings.
- Secures and coordinates all logistics for the CEO, flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. At times, this will include other executives or team members as directed by the CEO.
- Supports the CEO with logistics & coordination of key events including company wide meetings, strategy sessions, seminars, and workshops. Responsible for set up, pre-preparations and clean up.
- Responsible for managing all expenses incurred by the CEO, office and administrative purchases.
- Prepares corporate letters, presentations, and reports.
- Screens all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly
- Deals with calls and correspondence on behalf of the CEO while ensuring the CEO is kept-upto-date

**Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, and Skills**:

- Formal Education_
- Post secondary education and/or combination of education and experience. Proven executive assistant and office management experience._
- Work Experience_
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Administrative or Administrative Support role preferred._
- Skills & Knowledge_
- Expresses strong personal values that fit with Response’s vision, values, and culture.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, remains highly organized and remains productive despite easy distractions.
- Demonstrates personal resiliency and flexibility.
- Has strong people skills, is assertive and empathetic. Remains persistent and can manage up keeping the business needs at heart.
- Is proactive, resourceful and organized.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to build out corporate presentations and support Corporate Marketing activities for the CEO.
- Keen attention to details and consistent follow-through. Does not lose site of the smallest of details while working on projects.
- Is a self-starter who is comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
- Highly proficient as a super user with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Adept at dealing with confidential information requiring the utmost discretion.
