**The Opportunity**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the CEO, demonstrating good judgment, commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.
- Assist with document requests, review documents for accuracy, and follow up with outside parties as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, supporting documents, as well as prepare meeting minutes.
- Occasionally coordinate catering or food delivery for meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed to support the CEO in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team and department heads to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
- Vigorously monitor and coordinate multiple projects, proactively ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives by all stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Occasionally assist the CEO with personal errands, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- Provide administrative and general business support to the CEO in day-to-day matters.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Other appropriate administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Ability to use common sense and attention to detail are critical for this role.
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Cheerful demeanor and ability to maintain composure and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels and with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in utilizing a variety of technologies, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and structure your workday in accordance with the CEO's schedule.
- Demonstrated commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis.
- Confidentiality and discretion.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
