Office & Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office & Operations Manager to oversee both administrative and field operations. This role ensures smooth office management, customer service, staff coordination, and equipment functionality. Ideal for a multitasker with leadership skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations, paperwork, and bookkeeping.
- Oversee social media content creation and customer service.
- Handle staff scheduling, hiring, and payroll management.
- Supervise field staff and ensure equipment is operational and stored properly.
- Coordinate fuel refills and cover for absent staff when needed.
- Maintain inventory of office and operational supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Implement and improve administrative and operational workflows.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist with project coordination and resource allocation for field teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in office management and operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and scheduling software is a plus.
