**Job Title: Office Operations Manager**
**What You Will Do**:
- Schedule meetings and appointments to ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain an organized system for both paper and electronic documents
- Oversee information technology management, including computers, phones, and filing systems
- Manage vendor purchases and review daily batches for all locations
- Maintain fuel logs
- Manage online store operations
- Process cash deposits
- Open and review credit accounts
- Assist with accounts receivable, including tracking and following up on outstanding invoices
- Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all business matters
- Perform additional administrative duties as required
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; ability to quickly adapt to industry-specific programs and software
- Strong time management and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High initiative, confidence, and a keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to be self-directed, flexible, and maintain a high level of confidentiality
