- **Duties**:

- **Warm Welcomes**: Be the friendly face that greets clients as they arrive and creates a positive first impression.
- **Appointment Management**: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the booking system, and handle any client inquiries about services.
- **Client Check-In & Check-Out**: Ensure a smooth and professional process for checking in clients when they arrive and processing payments when they leave.
- **Product Knowledge & Sales**: Be knowledgeable about our products and services to answer client questions and recommend retail products when appropriate.
- **Spa Organization**: Keep the front desk area neat and organized, assist with light tidying around the spa, and ensure a clean, welcoming atmosphere.
- **Assist Aesthetic Team**: Provide support to the estheticians and other team members as needed, such as preparing rooms or restocking supplies.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and excited to return for their next visit.
- **Retail Inventory**: Assist with inventory management, helping to stock shelves and maintain proper product levels.
- **Special Projects**: Help plan or support spa events, promotions, and other fun projects

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
