The Account Executive & Strategic Accounts Manager / British Columbia will play a hybrid role as a Strategic Account Manager he will manage health authorities and government in the province of British Columbia and as an Account Executive he will act as a sales representative for 2 health authorities.

**Job description**

**Strategic Account Manager**:

- Develop and maintain revenue-generating business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within Strategic Accounts in the BC province.
- Strategic Accounts are defined as: Health authorities, Healthcare Systems, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) or government accounts.
- Strategize, plan, and execute deliverables to achieve provincial revenue goals through collaboration with sales Management and support team(s), utilizing Umano Medical sales tools to include CRM, PowerBI and business reviews.
- Take management responsibility of health authorities and coordinate with other account executive to define the provincial expectations of the BC team and ensure the success of contracts, RFPs, partnership agreements and/or evaluation/trial associated with a targeted strategic account.
- Work collaboratively with sales leadership, other Account executives, and contracting teams to develop and execute strategic plans and partnership for Strategic accounts.
- Expand relationships and build customer insights in order to identify new sales opportunities.
- Responsible for overall account profitability, to include leading deal modeling and approval processes, developing and executing account profitability strategies across the enterprise.
- Provides leadership in the planning, designing, and implementing of strategic business objectives in assigned/targeted accounts.
- Manage Strategic Customer Business Plans and report development Sales/Executive Leadership and manages, Leads and/or conducts quarterly/semi-annual business reviews with provincial Health Authorities.

**Account Executive**:

- Represent the company and its products in 2 Health Authorities in British Columbia
- Customer development, promote and sell the company's products to customers in the assigned territory.
- Participate in product delivery and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Take an active part in training staff when products are put into service with our customers, “In service”.
- Achieve sales targets and market growth
- Account for and report on future sales.
- Work with and complement the CRM.

**Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience with a healthcare capital equipment manufacturer, distributor or directly related experience.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in developing and managing sales accounts.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) required.
- Experienced with MS Office suite and CRM required.
- Must be able to conduct business with extensive travel in BC
- High-EQ; ability to relate to a high diversity of people and levels of responsibility from entry-level to C-suite.
- Relevant experience in building a strategic key account program.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplined sales team through a defined selling process with multi-level, high-value, complex accounts.
- Strategic thinking with excellent follow through of tactics.
- People-first attitude with a preference for team collaboration.
- Must be able to be introspective and develop trust and rapport with all colleagues and customers.
