We are currently looking for a Program Manager. As a member of the Acceleration team, you will ensure the development and success of the organization by supporting a culture of collaboration, efficient project execution, and supporting the team in developing new opportunities. You will be responsible for a broad range of program-related implementation tasks, including coordination with companies and Executives in Residence (EIR), program tracking, business development, facilitation and program management of Foresight programs.

**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**:

- This broad-based project management position includes diverse tasks depending on the organization's needs. These include:

- Project management of key initiatives for the Acceleration department
- Program management of Acceleration programs
- Sales and business development to engage cleantech companies in the ecosystem
- Supporting the execution of training and capacity building for cleantech entrepreneurs
- Developing new offerings and concepts and iterating on programs
- Leading the facilitation of program webinars through Zoom

**Critical Skills**:

- Demonstrate proactive and professional communications and planning with team and stakeholders
- Have strong organizational and planning skills
- Work independently with the support of management and team members
- Carry responsibility without authority via robust and positive engagement messaging
- Manage breakout rooms and participants with excellent Zoom skills; video etiquette, and facilitation
- Coordinate and integrate the activities of program companies, EIRs and guest speakers
- Establish regularly scheduled meetings with companies, preparation/approval of presentations, surveys and additional programming material as required

**Experience**:

- Have managed projects and progams involving a significant number of stakeholders with diverse interests and backgrounds
- Have executed projects that require strong writing and interpersonal communications skills, timely communication, effective scheduling and stakeholder management.
- Have experience in building relationships to generate new opportunities.
- Are comfortable working independently, thinking innovatively, creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment, and are interested in working in a fast-paced evolving environment.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as sciences or social sciences and/or commerce) or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

**Job Type**: Full-Time, Remote
**Rate**: $50,000-$60,000 + benefits (key is best fit and experience for the role)

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
