**Desktop Support Analyst / Network Admin Level 1**

**Your Opportunity**

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Understand various desktop issues and how to work with end users to resolve.
- Document issues and complete assigned tasks.
- Create and manage the lifecycle of IT technical documentation in your domain.
- Assist in troubleshooting L1 to L2 calls with current in-house and outsourced IT teams.
- Basic-Intermediate knowledge of networks, subnetting, firewall rules and policies.
- Work with Networking admin to configure Palo Alto firewalls and Meraki switches/APs.
- Image, migrate and deploy PCs onsite
- Other IT-related responsibilities, as required.
- Must be willing to travel and work after hours, when required

- Experience in network infrastructure support, migrations, and integrations with various vendors preferred.

- Basic-Intermediate understanding of security/network practices.

- An understanding of the challenges a growing company will face from an IT perspective and a propensity to innovate to meet these challenges.

**Your Credentials**
- Post-secondary education in information systems, networking or equivalent experience.
- Industry certifications are great, but your prior IT success and experience is even better
- 1 - 3 years of support and implementation experience in IT, with a solid and applied level of knowledge in network infrastructure
- Specifically, you can speak to your experience in migrating and integrating a complex/unique network topology and supporting end users post migration
