Odin Books is a Canadian book distributor specializing in mental health, neurodiversity, and inclusive education resources. We ship to customers nationwide and also have a retail showroom in Burlington, Ontario, where educators, therapists, and families can browse our carefully curated collection in person.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented team member to join us as a **Customer Support & Fulfillment Associate**. This role is a mix of customer service, order processing, and general support tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet and assist in-store customers, answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Process online orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments
- Restock shelves and maintain a tidy, welcoming store environment
- Assist with unpacking and organizing incoming shipments
- Support with general day-to-day tasks as needed

**What We’re Looking For**
- Friendly, approachable personality with great communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Comfort with computers and learning our order management systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- Experience in retail, customer service, or fulfillment is an asset (but not required)
