The Job Duties for technical sales associate are as follows:

- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) to ensure the functionality of products prior delivery to customers.
- Troubleshoot or do soft diagnosis with customers over the phone and try to resolve their issue remotely prior to bringing the unit back at the facility for physical repair.
- Get familiarized with manufacturers error codes and app, run diagnosis and assist customers with solving their issues / educating them.
- Demo products to customers and provide basic operational training.
- Gain product knowledge and be able to close sales.
- Be able to fulfil orders and work on the back end of e-commerce platform.
- General help or store maintenance tasks or projects as needed.
- Specific training will be provided on products. Former experience with electric, electronics and mobility scooters or in any technical repair field will be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
