**Position**:Office Administrative Assistant
**Location**: Center based in Mississauga, Ontario
**Job Type**:Permanent Full Time
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the staff and Supervisor in inputting program binders together
- Print and laminate picture cards and other materials for the clients
- Learn to use Board-Maker software and use it for preparing center material
- Research online to find materials via web
- Organize and clean the center
- Make task list using Doc or Excel
- Cover lunches by supervising clients at the center
- Organizes, coordinates and prioritizes daily activities for the center and Program Director including detailed daily calendar management, scheduling meetings and day-to-day administrative oversight;
- Answers Phone and take messages
- Manages and monitors payroll reports, tracks vacations as required, and completes monthly expense reports;
- Manages Invoicing software and tracks client's payments
- Manages supplies and equipment ordering, invoicing, and securing of approvals from the management;
- Responsible for device management within the department, including, but not limited to phones, mobile devices, computers, copiers, and laptops;
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with management, program leadership, professional staff, and staff across the organization;
- Any other duties, responsibilities, or tasks as may be assigned.
**Salary**: From $1.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
