SBG Cleaning Inc. is a commercial cleaning company that is rapidly expanding its footprint in Ontario. We are seeking a motivated and driven Operations Supervisor based out of Waterloo region to service 2+ accounts (3-5 sites) in Ontario, Canada.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a team of 10+ employees, responsible for their training, performance and growth.
- Lead the Health and Safety culture and train employees to work in a safe manner, maintaining the KPIs.
- Participate in hiring, performance reviews and disciplining of employees.
- Manage admin tasks like recording attendance, payroll hours and scheduling working with internal and external partners.
- Meet the financial and operational targets assigned and communicate any deviations proactively.
- Send daily reports to management.
- Interact with Property managers/admins and provide resolutions for any issues.
- Keep a stock of inventory/supplies levels and share the requirements with management on a weekly basis.
- Maintain equipment and janitorial rooms in good shape.
- Take a hands-on approach while dealing with challenges.
- Collaborate with sales team to provide information to help their functions.
- Other duties assigned by management.

**Minimum Requirement**:

- Post secondary education or Diploma.
- G2 Driver’s license with a reliable car to visit sites.
- 1-2 years of experience leading small to medium teams in operations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Meet legal requirements to work in Canada.
- Coachable with a positive attitude.
- Available to work on weekends occasionally based on business needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- G driver’s license with a reliable car to visit sites.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience as a team lead or supervisor in cleaning industry.
- Strong in Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft apps.
- Excellent in communication.
