Merovitz Potechin LLP is seeking a Law Clerk to join our Real Estate Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with top-tier clients and amazing colleagues.

**Summary of position**:
This is a full-time permanent position with a team that works in a very supportive environment. The position offers an outstanding opportunity for personal and professional growth.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3+ years’ experience as a real estate law clerk
- Strong understanding of real estate law and ability to handle a file from start to finish
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of basic legal concepts, principles, and terminology
- Experience working with Teraview and Unity.
- Experience working with Lawyer Done Deal (LDD) would be an asset.
- Superior interpersonal skills to interact with lawyers, clients, and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with mínimal supervision
- Professional, enthusiastic, and positive work attitude
