The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced law clerk to join our team, handling both corporate and commercial real estate transactions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple files in a dynamic law firm environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with corporate and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish. Incorporate corporations and file Articles of Amendment and other corporate filings. Create and file PPSA security interests and conduct PPSA searches. Conduct commercial real estate searches and prepare closing documents. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide support to lawyers and clients with professionalism, tact, and discretion. Ideal Qualifications 2–5 years’ experience in corporate and/or commercial real estate law. Proficiency with: Fast Company PC Law Unity / Conveyancer MS Word and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail. Computer literate and comfortable using legal software. Professional demeanor, tact, and diplomacy. A good sense of humour and positive attitude. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
