**Full-time hours**:9am - 5pm

**Real Estate Administrative Assistant Wanted**

We are a boutique Real Estate Law firm with a current vacant opening for a “Full-Time Real Estate Law, Legal Assistant”

**BASIC REQUIREMENTS**
- Bilingualism an asset, not required
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Working knowledge of real estate conveyancing softwares is needed
- High level of computer proficiency ( MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook knowledge required)
- Office etiquette knowledge and impeccable manners
- Grammar and organization skills are integral, as well as attention to detail

**DUTIES**:
File Opening, maintaining and closing files

Preparing correspondence based on written or verbal instructions for professionals approval/signature, memos to file and file updates

Following up on accounts payable and receivable

Faxing, photocopying, scanning

Perform clerical duties, such as filing and organizing.

Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
Legal Assistant/Law Clerk diploma/certificate an asset

Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to detail

Excellent command of the English language is essential

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure

COMPENSATION
- Flexible scheduling
- Competitive Salary depending on experience
