**About You**:
You are passionate about working at Ontario's largest Polytechnic; you thrive on improving productivity and quality that contribute to team success If this sounds like you, keep reading:
**Education**:
MA in Indigenous Studies, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Strong knowledge and experience in engaging with Indigenous knowledge systems, histories, contemporary experiences, cultural practices, protocols, and pedagogies.
- Developed research skills, including methods and methodologies that are consistent with and appropriate for engaging with Indigenous Ways of Being, Knowing, and Doing.
- Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous communities, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and other members of Indigenous communities.
- Strong knowledge of Indigenization and its complexities in education, including the TRC’s Final Report and Calls to Action, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls report.
- Awareness of colonial histories in Canada and the impacts of colonization on Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples.
