**Position Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and strategic **Operations Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our centre. This role is critical in ensuring our programs run smoothly, our team is supported, and our mission is delivered effectively to the community.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Leadership**
- Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage facilities, supplies, and relationships.

**Team & Volunteer Coordination**
- Support staff and volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
- Supervise administrative and program support staff.

**Program Support**
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, support groups, and community events.
- Monitor program delivery and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with program coordinators to assess and improve services.

**Financial & Administrative Oversight**
- Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with funding requirements and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

**Community Engagement**
- Build relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
- Support fundraising and outreach initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or program management (non-profit experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Understanding of the challenges faced by single-parent families is a strong asset.
- Post-secondary education in nonprofit management, business administration, social work, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
