We are seeking aresults-driven **Service Manager** to lead our heavy duty mechanic & welding shop. This position will champion our Shop as a business center, including software implementation, data-driven decision making, fleet optimization, and implementing LEAN efficiency. This role will be instrumental in managing our shop relocation to Langford in Summer 2026.

**Key Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience in an automotive/heavy-duty shop in a management/supervisory capacity, managing schedules and maintenance for a 50+ piece fleet.
- High level understanding of scheduling, inventory, and work order management.
- Strong analytical, accountability, decision making, and supervisory skills.

**Key Duties**
- Oversees shop operations, budget, safety, and personnel.
- Sets goals and performance metrics (cost, downtime, utilization), regularly providing reporting and dashboard KPIs.
- Prioritizes internal / external repair needs across the fleet.
- Approves major purchases and manages vendor relationships.
- Implements and maintains LEAN principles in shop organization.
- Reviews major repairs with management to determine if equipment should be repaired or sold.
