Grand Touring Automobiles is in search of a Property Caretaker This position will be responsible for upkeeping and maintaining the building inside and out. Ensuring that all public areas are clean and presentable to enhance our client's experience.

The general duties are:

- Clean and maintain the public areas.
- Control garbage disposal and ensure that debris, trash, and garbage are correctly disposed of.
- Removed trash and debris from the entrance and around the property.
- Perform daily inspections with the manager to ensure the common areas are clean and the standards are maintained.
- Checked door, glass, walls, and pipes for cleaning.
- Performed minor repair and maintenance tasks, including touch painting, minor plumbing issues, and cleaning exhaust vents.
- Monitor cleaning materials, tools, and furniture.
- Ensure a flexible schedule whenever there is an event to assist with the workforce.
- Property caretaking.
- Adhering to the company’s safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone.
- Must have a valid license.
- Assist lot attendant if necessary.

Job Requirements:

- Light Maintenance Experience
- G License
- Organizational skills
- Ability to properly and efficiently manage time
- Ability to work independently
- Strong Attention to detail
- Experience with landscaping is preferred
