Grand Touring Automobiles is in search of a Property Caretaker This position will be responsible for upkeeping and maintaining the building inside and out. Ensuring that all public areas are clean and presentable to enhance our clients experience.

The General Duties are:

- _Clean and maintain the public areas. _
- _Control garbage disposal and ensure that debris, trash, and garbage are correctly disposed of. _
- _Removed trash and debris from the entrance and around the property. _
- _Perform daily inspections with the manager to ensure the common areas are clean and the standards are maintained. _
- _Checked door, glass, walls, and pipes for cleaning. _
- _Performed minor repair and maintenance tasks, including touch painting, minor plumbing issues, and cleaning exhaust vents. _
- _Monitor cleaning materials, tools, and furniture. _
- _Ensure a flexible schedule whenever there is an event to assist with the workforce. _
- _Property caretaking. _
- _Adhering to the company’s safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone. _
- _Must have a valid license._
- _Assist lot attendant if necessary._

Job Requirements:

- _Light Maintenance Experience_
- _G License _
- _Organizational skills_
- _Ability to properly and efficiently manage time _
- _Ability to work independently _
- _Strong Attention to detail _
- Experience with landscaping is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- General Maintenance: 4 years (preferred)
- Janitorial: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
