Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Caretaker to provide essential care and support to short-term rental guests in need.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Housekeeping including property inspection, cleaning and restocking
- New property setting up
- In-person guest greeting and check-in support
- Basic property maintenance
- Inventory management

Qualifications:

- Strong sense of responsibility
- Great communication skills
- Familiar with digital tech tools
- Self-discipline and SOP-based way of working
- Mindset of getting things done
- Experience in hospitality sector as plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
