As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the main point of contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries, coordinating service requests, and ensuring that each customer receives exceptional care throughout the process. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the Customer Service Department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate service requests, warranty claims, and other customer-related matters.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the construction and service teams to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
- Educate homeowners on warranty coverage and maintenance responsibilities, providing guidance throughout their ownership experience.
- Assist in organizing pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and post-delivery follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Customer Service Department to ensure a seamless homeowner experience from PDI to move-in to warranty claims.
- Provide ongoing communication with homeowners about the status of their requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year** of experience in a customer service role, ideally in the residential construction or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and CRM systems (lasso, avesdo)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the residential building process and homeowner warranties is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or property management industry.
- Knowledge of warranty programs
- Previous experience in a role that involved coordinating customer service requests or property inspections.
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
