Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our retail store, where we are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to enhance our customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Job Summary:
The considered applicant should have an extensive knowledge of Vape products and flavor profiles as well as top-tier customer service.

Must be willing to work shifts in Langley and Newton.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels effectively
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and courteously
- Stay informed about new products and industry developments
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail sales or customer service is mandatory
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cashiering experience is beneficial
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
