Forever Yours Lingerie is a modern and independent fine lingerie boutique with our flagship store in the heart of Langley, BC and our newly opened location in Burnaby, BC. We specialize in providing a high-service retail experience to our customers, with expert knowledge in bra fitting and bra education services to women of all sizes. We place a special emphasis on sourcing and stocking only the best quality bras, swimwear, lingerie sleepwear, and hosiery in sizes small - 4X. 

We have been in business for 25 Years and we are constantly growing and always looking to expand our team of dedicated, fine lingerie enthusiasts. We are currently looking to fill multiple positions for Sales Floor Customer Service, at our Langley and Burnaby Locations, for between 24 - 40 hours per week. Currently, we are looking for applicants with flexible availability (4 -5 days per week), including weekends and holidays. This position with be reporting to the Langley and Burnaby Locations

As a Customer Service Representative & Merchandise Expeditor, your primary duties will include:

- Greeting clients, answering their questions, and otherwise assisting them on the sales floor
- Setting clients up with our Bra Fit Specialists
- Operating our POS software and register to process transactions, returns and exchanges
- Answering the telephone and checking customer messages
- Accurately putting away merchandise in our stockroom and tidying the salesfloor
