Job Description:
Are you a highly organized and motivated individual with 3-4 years of experience in real estate administration. We’re on the lookout for a talented Real Estate Assistant/Admin to support our growing business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks for the real estate team.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, showings, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize real estate documents, listings, and contracts.
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and compile relevant data for analysis.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 3 years (required)
- Real Estate Admin: 1 year (required)
