**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to deliver delicious meals that exceed our guests' expectations.

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and marinating.
- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food preparation and handling.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $19.66-$20.22 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
