**NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE CLERK**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Completes, updates and verifies Form 4’s for real estate transactions within the Firm
- Maintains paper and electronic storage and retrieval systems for Form 4’s
- Monitors and maintains Form 4 tracking system and reports
- Serves as the point person for inquiries and problem resolution regarding Form 4’s
- Directly communicates with clients and other lawyer’s offices
- A diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position in a Commercial or Residential Real Estate Law practice
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency with Word, WordPerfect, Excel, Conveyancer, PC Law
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently, accurately and efficiently on multiple Form 4’s
- Ability to meet deadlines while balancing different priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor, high ethical standards, respect and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with lawyers and other employees as part of a team
**Asset**:
- Experience with document management system
- Experience with condominiums
