We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role involves a blend of accounting responsibilities, general office duties, and occasional assistance with logistics operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as data entry, processing invoices, and managing accounts receivable/payable.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and maintenance of financial records.
- Conduct regular checks on the status of logistics projects, ensuring timely updates and communication with relevant parties.
- Provide administrative support including filing, handling phone calls, and managing mail.
- Contribute to the logistics side of the business, offering support in planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations as needed.
- Serve as a general assistant in various capacities to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory compliance guidelines.
**Qualifications**:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and principles.
- Strong competency in MS Office, especially Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A team player with high level of dedication and flexibility.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $36,999.75-$61,894.07 per year
