Thorwin Properties is a large innovative property management company in Winnipeg. Focused on providing quality apartment homes, we currently own and manage over 1900 apartment homes within Winnipeg.
Committed to an inclusive workplace, we are looking for a current post secondary student who is interested to earn while gaining experience over the summer break (3 months). Work term runs from May to August. This position will be working out of Lumen Townhomes, 100 Southview Crescent, Winnipeg, MB.

**Responsibilities**:
**Support Facility Services team in the following areas**:
- Regular maintenance of site landscape
- Maintenance of flowers, trees, etc. and irrigation
- Removal of snow by using shovel or snow blower
**Qualifications**:
- Must be in the process of obtaining post-secondary education.
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student before and after the work term in skilled trades program preferably in landscaping or related field.
- Must be in good academic standing within their chosen discipline.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
