Summer Student Job Opportunity

Thorwin Properties is a large innovative property management firm in Winnipeg. Focused on providing quality apartment homes, we currently own and manage over 1900 apartment homes within Winnipeg.
Committed to an inclusive workplace, we are looking for a current post secondary student who is interested to earn while gaining experience over the summer break (3 months). Work term runs from May to August.

**Responsibilities**:
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to different areas.
- Clean/organize construction sites as needed - sweep floors, remove garbage, debris, etc. and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in construction and renovation projects.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be in the process of obtaining post-secondary education.
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student before and after the work term in skilled trades program preferably in landscaping or related field.
- Must be in good academic standing within their chosen discipline.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
