Thorwin Properties is a large innovative property management company in Winnipeg. Focused on providing quality apartment homes, we currently own and manage over 1900 apartment homes within Winnipeg.
Committed to an inclusive workplace, we are looking for a current post secondary student who is interested to earn while gaining experience in property management role over the summer break (3 months). Work term runs from May to August.
Our summer students are given unique opportunities as they learn new skills and competencies such as negotiation, product presentation, prospecting, closing deals and meeting sales goals. This position will report to the Property Manager working out of our 190 Smith Street onsite office.

**Responsibilities**:
**Support the Leasing Team in the following areas**:
- Showing suites to prospective clients along with virtual tours
- Checking website and all social media on a weekly basis
- Following up on leads
- Providing stellar customer service
- Open house events
- Data entry
**Qualifications**:
- Must be in the process of obtaining post-secondary education.
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student in any program both before and after the work term.
- Must be in good academic standing within their chosen discipline.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Previous related internship experience is ideal.
- Graduates are ineligible unless continuing in post graduate studies.
