Summer Student Job Opportunity

Thorwin Properties is a large innovative property management company in Winnipeg. Focused on providing quality apartment homes, we currently own and manage over 1900 apartments within Winnipeg.
Committed to an inclusive workplace, we are looking for a current post secondary student who is interested to earn while gaining experience over the summer break (3 months). This work term runs from May to August.

**Responsibilities**:
Supports Facility Services and Construction Team in the following areas:
- Clean up boiler room and job site.
- Load and unload materials and move to different assigned areas.
- Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management.
**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
- Must be in the process of obtaining post-secondary education.
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student before and after work term in skilled trade program.
- Must be in good academic standing within their chosen discipline.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Steel toe shoes will be required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
