Larlyn Property Management is on the move and we are looking for a **Residential Administrator** to join our active team in the South West Ontario region. This role will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service for residential clients processing tenant payments, collections per provincial legislation, tenant administration and invoice payments. **This is not a Junior position.**

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma or University Degree in a related field.
- 2 years of accounts receivable and or accounts payable and collections in the property management industry
- 2 years experience in general office administration preferred.
- Proven high level of proficiency and accuracy in posting data entry for multiple customers or client accounts.
- Excellent time management, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service skills and previous experience in dealing with high volume customer traffic.
