Swift Health is looking to hire an **operations coordinator**. Please note that this is an **in-person** position at our clinic at 10090 152 Street Surrey

**Responsibilities**:
- Working from the Surrey HQ and helping any therapists that come in for help-
- Understanding the services we provide and the billing rules for each contract-
- Accepting, setting up and assigning referrals to the correct worker-
- Submitting invoices on ICBC (HCPIR) and WorkSafeBC platforms-
- Reconciling invoice payments-
- Following up on late invoices-
- Helping manage the day-to-day operations of the company, such as administrative work, customer service, etc. (communicate with therapists, clients, and vendors on a daily basis)-
- Coordinate scheduling of therapists and clients-
- Review reports for technical requirements-
- Manage office supplies and operations**Requirements**:
- Exceptional communication skills-
- Strong attention to detail-
- Ability to use new software and learn quickly-
- Experience working with occupational therapists.**Bonus Points**:
- Second language (Hindi/Punjabi/Mandarin/Cantonese)
