Continental Store Fixture Group Inc. is a Canadian leader in the retail store fixture industry, and the head office is located in Surrey, British Columbia. The company has been around for over 50 years and is established very well in the industry.

We service a variety of businesses, from those looking to renovate their store, to companies opening a chain of stores. At Continental, we can provide everything a small to mid-size retail company requires when it comes to retail shelving and mill work.

Currently, we are looking at adding an Operations Coordinator to our growing team. This position will report directly to our Operations Manager, and work closely with all areas of our operations, from our supply chain, to production, and logistics. The successful applicant will have to be highly organized, excel at communication, and very detail oriented.
- Review all sales orders as they get submitted to ensure there are no problems preventing them from getting pulled/produced.
- Maintain the order schedule and identify potential conflicts or problems.
- Create manufacture orders required to fulfil an order
- Inventory management of various products
- Issue purchase orders for local vendors
- Source various custom parts that meet specific specifications
- Facilitate all RMA’s
- Communicate with sales reps if problems with orders are identified and/or there are any schedule changes with orders
- Work with our Logistics Coordinator to ensure complete visibility on warehouse pull schedules
- Give regular operation updates to Operations Manager
- Coordinate all local shipments.
- Work with Warehouse Manager to conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
- Assist Operations Manager with various operational projects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Post-Secondary education is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
