**Status**: Part-time

**Salary**: Between 18$ and 20$ per hour (Depending on experience)

Enhance the tenant experience, ensure property and equipment maintenance is up to standard. This includes minor installations and repairs, replacing light bulbs, maintaining equipment and carrying out preventive maintenance programs, as well as liaising with external contractors, if applicable.

**Tasks**:

- Clean the main entrance and common areas
- Take out garbage and recycling containers on collection days, check the condition of the containers, call if needed
- Parking supervision
- Respond to calls from the administration at all times
- Perform seasonal outdoor work on the building
- Responsible for service calls
- Monitor and adjust heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Replace lights or bulbs in the building's common areas, as needed
- Other assigned tasks
- Replace the other janitor during their vacations

**Qualifications**:Driver's license (class 5) - Asset

**Skills**:

- Resourceful
- Demonstrates discipline and rigor in carrying out tasks
- Reliable
- Be in good physical shape

**Years of experience**: 1 year

**Languages**:
Spoken and written French/English - Asset
