- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways and lobbies
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for basic maintenance tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

**Skills**:

- Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
- Clean: Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and ability to maintain a clean environment
- Power tools: Familiarity with using power tools for basic maintenance tasks
- Customer service: Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Hand tools: Proficiency in using hand tools for basic maintenance tasks
- Commercial cleaning: Understanding of commercial cleaning standards and practices
- Facilities maintenance: Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks and procedures
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Heavy lifting: Ability to lift heavy objects as required for cleaning tasks
