We have an opening for a **Floral Manager** at our **Cobble Hill** location. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills and a passion for of all things floral. The Floral Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing departmental operations while keeping high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Passion for all things floral and gardening
- 2 Years retail experience in floral/gardening department
- Excellent flower and plant knowledge - both perennial and annuals
- Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques in the grocery industry is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Conflict resolution, and people management skills

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
