POSITION TASKS INCLUDE
- Understand products, introduce or recommend suitable products to customers
- Greet customers who visit the shop for flower collection, ordering, or purchasing
- Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area
- Take short videos and photos of products
- Post photos and videos on social media platforms
- Manage the website

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Positive personality, patience, and good communication and execution abilities

2. Excellent customer service experience, meticulous and careful

3. Good aesthetic sense, with basic skills in photography, video recording, and video editing

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

5. Positive attitude with an ability to take initiative

6. Ability to collaborate with internal staff and external clients at all levels

7. Proficiency in both Chinese and English

8. Proficiency in various social media platforms

9. Experience related to floristry is preferred

10. Basic operation of video and photo editing software

11. The ability to be flexible and respond well to change

12. Very detail-oriented, well-organized

13. Always punctual

14. At least a work permit holder

15. Must be dependable and able to work on weekdays

16. Must be able to work overtime on holidays and special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas and etc.

**Summary**

In the role of Part-Time Sales and Customer Service, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and support. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will utilize your core skills in customer service and phone etiquette to assist clients and resolve inquiries. Your premium skills in data entry and sales will enhance our operational efficiency, while your relevant proficiency in Spanish will help cater to a diverse clientele. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
