WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform and its connected systems. This position is hands-on in both project work and day-to-day operations related to systems administration, configurations, integrations, data management, administration, and continuous improvement. This role is essential to ensuring seamless, efficient experiences for our clients, real estate advisors, and employees who depend on the critical business systems.
**Duties and Responsibilities**- Rollout and onboard of user and real estate projects into Salesforce and connected system integrations and plugins- Customize and configure Salesforce and other system objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to meet business requirements- Design, test, maintain and troubleshoot integrations between systems (e.g. transaction software, telephony systems, marketing automation, customer service platforms) ensuring seamless data flow and system performance.- Maintain data integrity by cleansing duplicate records, importing/exporting data, and creating custom reports and dashboards- Perform regular system maintenance and audits, including data cleansing, backups, updates and patches; troubleshoot issues- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices, managing data privacy and access controls- Manage user accounts, licenses profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure proper access and security- Develop expertise to provide user support, resolve issues, create and maintain documentation, and train staff on effective use of Salesforce and other connected systems.- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making- Create and maintain SOPs and full system documentation (e.g. configurations, customizations, integrations)- Proactively address issues and recommend improvements by monitoring system performance and user activity, gathering and analyzing user feedback and requirements, and staying up-to-date on new features, releases, and best practices. Maintain an external perspective on integration tools and technologies that will optimize efficiency and productivity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
**Education and Experience**- You are a Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator- You have a demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management with mínimal guidance, generally gained through 3+ years in a similar role- You have advanced experience with Salesforce integrations, preferably using middleware tools like Zapier or other ETL tools- You’ve implemented or administered Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud- Any additional related Salesforce and Cloud certifications are an asset (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Administrator)
